Never lose touch.
Nobody communicates like you.
The number one complaint about real estate agents is communication. TouchPoppy™ makes it the reason your clients refer you. Every client hears from you at exactly the right moment, in your words, and never has to wonder what is going on.
The number one complaint about agents
The listing is not selling. And your seller has not heard from you in nine days.
You know the feeling. Three showings this week, feedback in your texts from three different agents, a market that moved, and a seller at home wondering whether anybody has been by at all. You meant to call. Then a buyer needed you, then an inspection ran long, and now it has been nine days and the call is harder to make than it was on day two.
Sellers do not leave agents over price. They leave over silence. Ask any seller what they wanted more of and the answer is the same every time: to know what is going on. Not a pitch, not a pep talk. A short, honest update, on a rhythm they can count on, from the person they hired.
Nobody is doing anything wrong. The information lives in six places, the day is full, and until now there was no tool that could see all of it and turn it into the next thing to say. So the update waited, and the seller wondered.
What TouchPoppy does instead
You keep notes the way you already do. TouchPoppy turns them into the update.
-
You type a note, or dictate one
A showing request, what the buyer's agent said after the tour, a price conversation, a voicemail. Two lines or two pages. There is a note box on every screen and no form to fill in.
-
TouchPoppy drafts the text and the email
Right away, in your voice, with the facts from the note, the showings, the listing's online interest, the market, and the conversation so far. It knows the relationship because it can see FilePoppy's record of it.
-
You say yes, edit, or not now
Send text opens the message on your own phone, ready to go. Send as email goes out under your name. Not now is remembered. Nothing reaches a client without you.
-
The record keeps itself
Every touch is logged with the date and the time, so you and your client both know when you last spoke. Nothing typed once is ever typed twice: the notes feed the weekly report too.
Notes to updates
Type a note. TouchPoppy™ writes the update.
A showing request comes in. An agent reports back after the tour. You type two lines, and TouchPoppy hands you the text and the email that keep your seller in the loop. Nothing goes out until you say yes, and it goes out from your phone, in your words.
Each morning, the texts worth sending today are drafted and waiting for your yes. TouchPoppy knows how long it has been since each client heard from you, and what has happened since. A seller with an active listing hears from you every week whether or not anything happened, because "nothing new, and here is why that is fine" is an update too. A seller in escrow hears from you every few days. A past client hears from you a few times a year, with something worth saying.
Every suggestion says why it exists: nine days since Nancy last heard from you, three showings with no feedback sent, Zillow views up 38% this week, a price cut on the comparable across the street. You read the draft, tap Send text, and your Messages app opens with the message ready. Or you tap Not now, and TouchPoppy understands.
The rule, plainly: TouchPoppy never texts your clients. You do. It drafts, you decide, your phone sends. If you want a reminder, TouchPoppy texts you, a short morning note with who is due today.

Hi Nancy, we had two more showings this week and one buyer asked for the disclosures, which is a good sign. Nothing to act on yet. How are you both holding up?

Hi Dana, the couple from Saturday came back for a second look with their parents. They like it. I will keep you posted the minute anything changes.
Weekly Seller Report Ready for 12 Poppy Lane
This week: 3 showings, Zillow views up 38%, 22 saves, 2 comparable homes listed nearby. Preview it, or let it send at 9 AM Friday.
The weekly Seller Report
A report your client actually reads. Sent every week, without you building it.
Every Friday morning, each of your sellers gets a beautifully formatted email under your name: this week's showings and what the agents said, the listing's online interest on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com and your brokerage site (views, saves, shares and inquiries, week over week), the days on market, the price history, a snapshot of the local market, what you did this week, and what happens next. All of it assembled from your notes and the showings you logged, so it takes you nothing.
Set a listing to automatic and the report goes out on schedule after a two-hour window in which you can read it, add a line, or hold it. Keep it manual and it appears in your Today list, waiting for your yes. Either way, the seller opens it, sees the week, and knows their agent is on it.
On Signature, the report wears your brand kit: your name, your photo, your logo, your colors. It looks like it came from an office with a marketing department, because now it did.
This week at 12 Poppy Lane
Week of September 1, for Nancy and Bill Henderson
Showing feedback
The Alvarez family (Compass) loved the kitchen and yard and are deciding between two homes by Friday. A second buyer found the primary bath small. One agent previewed for an out-of-state client.
Online interest
Zillow 1,240 views, up 38% on last week; 22 saves. Redfin 610 views, 9 favorites. Realtor.com 380 views. Two inquiries came through Homes.com. Interest is climbing, which usually shows up as showings within the week.
The market this week
Two comparable homes came on in Poppy Hills, both priced above ours. Active inventory in the neighborhood is 14, up from 12 last week.
What happens next
I follow up with the Alvarez agent Thursday and will call you Friday afternoon either way.
The dashboard
Every client. When they last heard from you. Who is waiting.
One screen shows the whole relationship side of your business: every client with their last touch and their next due date, every listing with this week's showings, its online interest on the portals, and the status of its report, and how you are doing overall. On cadence with everyone is a green screen. Behind with someone is a rose one, with their name on it.
Open a client and the timeline runs newest first, every entry with its date and time: your texts, your emails, your notes, the showings, the reports, and, when the client is linked to a FilePoppy transaction, the actual text messages and emails from the file. That is how TouchPoppy knows the relationship, and it is how you can answer "when did we last talk about the price?" in one glance.
Brokerages get the same view across the office: which agents are in touch, which listings have gone quiet, and where a seller is about to start wondering.
There has never been a way to do this. Because nothing before it could see the whole office.
A CRM knows what you typed into it. A showing service knows the showings. Your phone knows the texts. TouchPoppy is part of the OfficePoppy™ suite, so it can see FilePoppy™'s record of every conversation, the showings on every listing, the market, and the listing's online interest (it reads the public listing pages on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com and your brokerage site and tracks views, saves, shares and inquiries week over week), and it turns all of it into the next thing worth saying. Not too much. Not too little. Exactly what a client who feels like your only client would expect.
Communication, exponentiated. Add FilePoppy™ and TouchPoppy™ knows every conversation you have ever had with them: every text, every email, on the record. Together, they multiply.

Frequently asked questions
- Does it text my clients by itself?
- No. Never. TouchPoppy drafts the text and opens it on your phone with the message ready; you read it and you press send. Emails, including the weekly Seller Report, go out under your name only when you approve them or on a schedule you turned on for that listing. The only automatic text TouchPoppy ever sends is to you: a short morning note with who is due today, if you want one.
- Where do the texts come from?
- Your own phone and your own number. Your client sees a message from you, in the thread they already have with you. There is no separate number, no robot, and nothing for your client to install.
- What does it know about my clients?
- What you tell it in notes, the showings you log, and, when you link a client to a FilePoppy transaction, the text messages and emails already on that file. It also knows the local market through the suite, and it reads the public listing pages on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com and your brokerage site to track online interest week over week. It never guesses: when it does not know something, the draft says so rather than making it up, and you edit before anything goes out.
- How does it decide when to suggest an update?
- Each client has a cadence: sellers with an active listing every seven days, sellers in escrow every three, buyers every five, past clients every ninety. Anything that happens (a showing, feedback, a price change, a note) can bring the next suggestion forward. Anything you send, from anywhere, resets the clock. You can change every cadence, and you can pause a client.
- Do I have to use FilePoppy?
- No. TouchPoppy works on its own from your notes and showings. With FilePoppy linked, the drafts can reference the actual conversation so far, and the timeline shows the whole relationship in one place. It is better together, and it is complete alone.
- What does it cost?
- Three plans. Agent is $29 a month (or $290 a year) for up to 25 active clients, Quick Notes, suggestions, the weekly Seller Report and the dashboard. Signature is $49 a month (or $490 a year) for unlimited clients, your brand kit on every report and email, drafts written from the conversation history in FilePoppy, and morning text nudges to your phone. Executive is $39 per seat, per month (or $390 per seat a year), three-seat minimum, with shared clients across the team, the office view, an admin console and consolidated billing; it is set up through officepoppy.com/executive with a same-day reply. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Card required. Cancel anytime. Annual is exactly ten times monthly: pay for 10 months, get 12. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe.
